We are only a five minute walk into the town centre with its selection of restaurants, cafes & local shops.

Beach Approach Cottage features a modern lounge area with lovely leather seating, a whole library of books & games, free WiFi and a Smart TV.  

A modern self- catering kitchen and wood flooring throughout.

Beach Approach sleeps 4/5, a master king size bedroom and a twin room with optional pull out trundle.

We have a fabulous and very private outdoor area complete with table tennis and dart board

Parking is free and for any duration all along the seafront & many side streets surrounding the cottage, although not guaranteed with the accommodation due to its unique location.

Please note this property is not suitable for those with mobility problems/elderly.
