Beach Villa is a detached three bedroom house located on the Lower Flat Cliffs in Primrose Valley, superb views from the upper terrace, complete with undercover Hot Tub.

-The first floor is accessed via a quirky ‘paddle’ wooden staircase, which is steeper than normal and more like a ladder. It leads to an attic-style bedroom with limited headroom in some areas, most suitable for children over 10 and teenagers
-The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, which includes two bedrooms, a family bathroom with a bath and shower, and one ensuite shower room
-The property is a short walk from Primrose Valley facilities. While some amenities require a pass, most are open to the public, including Wetherspoons, restaurants (Burger King, Papa Johns, Slim Chickens), a mini market, fairground rides, pedal boats, aerial adventure course, play parks, mini golf, scenic walks, and more
