5leys name originates from the old Angelican name for Filey "Five Leys" meaning meadow or clearings in a wooded landscape. We just jazzed it up a bit!

Our ethos is to provide high quality self-catering accommodation within Filey and the surrounding villages.
Launched in 2006 and we continue to grow by word of mouth and thoroughly enjoy providing high quality accommodation for holidaymakers.

Kerry is 5leys, she has grown the business from just a handful of seafront apartments to managing the largest collection of self catering accommodation in Filey.
As an agent for owner properties she handpicks each property based on what she knows our customers like and expect.

Jon is in charge of all financial aspects of 5leys. He has years of experience in all things finance.
He also happens to be married to Kerry.
