Q. I cannot find my key code or directions?
A. These can be found on your balance payment email, they are also resent 3 days prior to your arrival. 

Q. Can I check in earlier than 4pm?
A. We will text you on the day if your accommodation is ready earlier, however  this cannot always be guaranteed. 

Q. I am staying with you and have a problem?
A. Please call our booking line within office hours, or we have a dedicated guest line 07503 023053. 
*Please note call out fees may apply
 
Q. I have forgotten towels?
A. Not all properties provide towels, we can offer spares, subject to availability to hire, however a charge of £20 applies plus a £10 call out charge to deliver.

Q. Is linen provided?
A. Yes linen is provided in all our accommodation and all beds will be made prior to your arrival.

Q. I am arriving late do I need to let you know?
A. No that's fine, entry is via a key code system sent prior to your stay, arrival is anytime after 4pm. If you are arriving after 8pm our phone lines are closed should you require assistance.
