Q. I cannot find my key code or directions?

A. These can be found on your balance payment email, they are also resent 3 days prior to your arrival. 

Q. Can I check in earlier than 5pm?

A. We will text you on the day if your accommodation is ready earlier, however with all the extra procedures in place this cannot always be guaranteed. 

Q. I am staying with you and have a problem?

A. Please call our booking line within office hours, or we have a dedicated guest line 07503 023053.

Q. I have forgotten towels?

A. We can offer spares if available to hire, however a charge of £20 applies plus a £10 call out charge to deliver.

Q. Is linen provided?

A. Yes linen is provided in all our accommodation and all beds will be made prior to your arrival.

Q. I am arriving late do I need to let you know?

A. No that's fine, entry is via a key code system sent prior to your stay, arrival is anytime after 5pm.
