Cherries is a beautifully furnished five-bedroom, five-bathroom detached house ideally located in Filey. Both the town centre and the beach are within five-minutes walking distance, and the property includes parking for one large or two small cars. Its generous size and thoughtful design make it perfect for families and groups of friends.
Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a large entrance hall. Leading from here is a luxurious lounge with two sofas, an armchair, and a large Smart TV. The spacious, beautifully designed kitchen features a large island, a dining table for up to 10 guests, a comfortable sofa, and another Smart TV. The ground floor also includes a downstairs toilet and a utility room.
A standout feature on the ground floor, further along the hall, is a fantastic games room, complete with a Smart TV, PS4, pool table, and a comfortable corner sofa.
Upstairs, there are five spacious bedrooms: two king, two twin, and one double. Four of the bedrooms feature private ensuite shower rooms, and there is also a luxurious family bathroom, complete with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower.
Outside, a patio area offers seating in a true sun trap.
