The ground floor also features a second TV room, perfect for the kids, and a King-size bedroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a Super King-size bed with a walk-in shower ensuite. A twin bedroom is also located upstairs, alongside a large family bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and bathtub.
A standout feature of this property is the beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed garden with one-of-a-kind sea views. Outside, you’ll find a wooden play area with a slide, multiple seating spots to catch the sun throughout the day, and a charming undercover pergola overlooking Filey Seafront. The house has one flight of stairs
Access to the property is via set of 30 steps on quite a steep footpath. Not ideal for people with mobility problems.
The garden is fully enclosed
Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am.
If you provide a mobile number, we let you know as soon as you can go in.
A £200 deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks
before your arrival.
