& it is also situated close by to the late Billy Butlins' former family home The iconic White House
The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with access to a neat dog friendly enclosed garden and a spacious elevated decked patio with seating, a barbecue. outdoor seating and undercover Hot Tub, boasting simply the most stunning and breath-taking views over the beach, Bempton Cliffs and out to sea.
Beach Villa is a detached three bedroom house located on the Lower Flat Cliffs in Primrose Valley, superb views from the upper terrace, complete with undercover Hot Tub.
Beach Villa welcomes two dogs.

The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, with access to a neat dog friendly enclosed garden and a spacious elevated decked patio.
The first floor is accessed by a quirky ’paddle’ wooden staircase which is steeper than normal (more like a ladder!), and leads into an unusual bedroom with limited headroom in certain places - most suited to children over 10 and teenagers. There are 2 ground floor bedrooms with a family bathroom comprising of a bath/shower and 1 ensuite shower room.
Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am.

A £200 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks
before your arrival.
