Just a five minute walk to the seafront/beach and just a five minute flat walk into town.
Briefly comprising a two King bedrooms, one twin and one triple bedroom, so lots of space for all the family, walk in shower room, family bathroom with shower over bath, lounge/dining area & fully equipped kitchen with downstairs cloakroom. .
Outside is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with seating, a real suntrap when the sun is out!

The staircase to the first floor is quite steep.
Two stair gates are provided in the property
There is an outside tap for paws and sandy toes
Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am.
A £100 deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
