Sandy Shores is a gorgeous three-bedroom house, perfectly located just seconds from the heart of Filey. Tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet just steps from the high street, which is filled with independent shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and many more hidden gems to explore. The seafront is only a five-minute walk away, and with the added benefit of your own private parking space, Sandy Shores is the perfect place to enjoy Filey to its fullest.
The ground floor features a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen/dining and lounge area, complete with a breakfast bar, dining table, two comfortable sofas and a smart TV as well as a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. At the back, there are two double doors leading out to a fully enclosed outdoor area, perfect for children and dogs.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious king-size bedroom, a comfortable double bedroom, and a small double bedroom (which we recommend for one adult or two small children). You’ll also find a generously sized bathroom equipped with a bath and shower combo.
